Delivery
- Missed Delivery
We use a trusted and professional third-party to ensure your orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. To help make this possible, please ensure that the recipient’s name and address are correct prior to confirming your order.
We will not be responsible for any misinformation on delivery details and it is your responsibility to ensure all information entered during the checkout process is correct.
In the event where the delivery address was entered incorrectly by customer during checkout, we will be able to re-deliver the flowers to a different location. There is a $25 re-delivery charge should that be the case.
If no one is available to take the delivery, we will be in touch with either the sender or recipient to get approval to leave flowers in a safe place. If both the sender and recipient are not contactable and unless specifically stated to leave flowers outside the delivery address, we will schedule for a re-delivery. There is a $25 re-delivery charge should that be the case.
Payment has to be remitted prior to the re-delivery. Please note that re-deliveries on the same day are subject to availability.
- Deliveries During Peak Period
As we are running on a small team, peak period such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, kindly expect the following changes to our normal policies:
- Delivery and flower rates may be subjected to a price increment
- We may not be able to accommodate last minute amendments to the details of your delivery order once it has been confirmed on our system; and
- Deliveries to certain part of the island may be halted.
Such temporary policy changes will be informed in advance.
Refund
We operate a strict no-refund policy on our website. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your flowers, kindly drop us an email hellopetalsloft@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receiving your order, providing details and photographs. We will do our very best to come to a fair resolution. Replacement flowers or reimbursement may be sent at our discretion. We will respond as soon as we can. Please note, this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
